For some reason your orders are not alive when you
receive them please contact us and send us a picture of the dead feeders (within 4 hours from the time that you receive the package) at:

We will send you a replacement FREE or issue a REFUND 

If you want to hold the package at the post office for pick up please leave a note on the checkout page with your phone number

Note: Don't let the roaches/isopods sit outside your porch or mailbox specially if the weather is too cold or too hot. Please track the package, check the weather and when the tracking shows out for delivery, make sure that someone is home to receive the package.
