Shipping policy

We guarantee live arrival.

Free standard shipping (4-7 days) with no minimum purchase required.

You can also choose expedite shipping (2-4 days) at your cost.

Sizes may vary.

We will process and ship your order within 1-2 days depending on the day and time you placed the order.

We will combine shipping for multiple orders purchased within one day apart.

Feeder roaches/worms are packed with care and shipped via USPS with tracking and delivery confirmation.

If you want to hold the package at the post office for pick up please leave a note on the checkout page with your phone number. 

Note: It is your responsibility to watch out for your package. Don't let the roaches be left outside your porch or mailbox specially if the weather is too cold. You are responsible to track the package, check the weather and when the tracking shows out for delivery, make sure that someone is home to receive the package. 

Some feeder roaches/insects cannot be shipped to Florida, Hawaii and Alaska. We do not ship outside of USA.
